War Drums Sebastian – International Drum Horse

Sebastian at Bresada 2014Sebastian is an American Drum Horse who is 21.25% Gypsy, 12.5% Shire, and 56.25% Clydesdale. He was born on June 3, 2010. This stud colt has great upward and forward movement, a sweet temperament and athletic body. He was started under saddle in December 2012 and has been competing in recognized USDF/USEF dressage shows scoring in the upper 60′s . Sebastian is still growing in both height, girth and ability (and we believe he will mature out at 16.3H)  Sebastian was phantom trained in June of 2015 and collected with ease.

Interested in breeding to Sebastian, please give us a call. $1250.00 plus the cost of collection/shipping $350.00.
Check back often to follow our successes through the show season.

We have decided to put WSSH aside for a year and go back to our roots again.  We will move forward in Dressage at Level 3 in hopes to persue Level 4 in 2019.

We also had our first breed show of the year where we placed very well in all our classes.  Sebastian continues to prove his worth at every corner.

WSSH (Western States Stock Horse) we have 5 shows each year.  Our last show is in October at the Oregon Horse Center in Eugene if you want to come see this boy work thru his reining, western pleasure, trail and working cow horse class. We are staying in the top 10 and 99% of the horses are Quarter Horses.  I think we are doing quite well.

Jose MC Lopes clinic at Junto Dressage  (Wilsonville, OR)

Sebastian and I were able to ride in an amazing clinic by Jose from Argentina. Jose is a Classical Dressage Trainer and we learned so much about cadence, energy, impulsion and how to make the horse carry themselves.  I am so thankful to be able to work with him and he will be back in November hopefully.
